Dear professionals,

After several years of intense research, exhaustive quality testing and numerous test flights, our R&D team and Niviuk test pilots are very proud to present to you the DRIFTER, a new innovative high performance competition harness. Our mission was to create a highly aerodynamic harness which would enhance the performance of our wings to an even higher level and we think with the Drifter we have achieved exactly that. Today Niviuk can introduce an innovative harness that combines pure aerodynamics and maximum comfort.

With its super low aerodynamic resistance this EN-1651 certified, fully integrated harness meets the highest standards and expectations of even the most demanding competition and cross country pilots. The integral inflating rear section (not detachable) using exceptionally efficient laterally placed inlet vents easily and rapidly inflates in flight. The very distinctive rear profile of the DRIFTER ensures the d eparture of airflow is as far away as possible from the harness, thus reducing unwanted and counterproductive turbulence improving the performance of the wing. Its innovative design fully encloses the pilot and with only the arms to be seen the aerodynamic interference and parasitic resistance is perhaps the lowest of any harness available today
From the aerodynamic supine position to the upright position the DRIFTER is fully adjustable to suit every pilots needs and with a highly studied speed system designed for maximum comfort and performance marathon flights are no longer a concern.

Every adjustment on the DRIFTER has been carefully considered and designed to be intuitive, logical and easily accessible in flight. Of course safety is always at the forefront in any design and the DRIFTER offers superbly effective and certified 14cm mouse protection. The new and innovative integrated rescue deployment system has a closure system using zippers under the seat. Using the highest quality Ronstan pulleys the acceleration system is a completely new design, ensuring no interference occurs with the angle of harness incidence providing more efficiency and overall pilot comfort while maintaining always the best aerodynamic position.

Located under the seat, the DRIFTER has a compartment specifically designed to hold ballast. The fully detachable flight deck on the Drifter can also carry extra ballast. Constructed using only the highest quality Cordura, Neoprene and 25mm webbing the weight of the DRIFTER with all accessories, rescue handle, karabiners and 14cm mouse protection is 8kg. The Drifter is available in one standard colour combination of green and black and in three sizes, small, medium and large.

The DRIFTER, encompasses the Niviuk character and philosophy of attention to small details, it is pure aerodynamics, a new generation of high performance harnesses. It is currently in pre-series production and will be deliver ed to the pilots who will be competing at the next Worlds in Piedrahita, Spain. After the Championship it will then be available to all pilots.

Zic počasi dobiva naslednika ( januar 2015), zato so v Niviuku naredili posebno akcijo (čistijo police ) in sicer le za velikost L.
